Terms & Conditions – Addison Pickleball Coaching

Welcome to www.addisonpickleball.co.nz (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website, booking a service, or participating in any Addison Pickleball activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Services

Addison Pickleball provides pickleball coaching, training sessions, events, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may change from time to time without notice.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the website’s functionality;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Any bookings made through the website, email, or other platforms are subject to confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment terms (including cancellations or refunds) will be communicated at the time of booking or registration.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Where applicable, reasonable notice is required for cancellations.

  • Cancellation Policy: If we have confirmed your booking: 100% of the court fee is chargeable (if applicable). If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson then 100% of the lesson fee is chargeable. No-Shows will result in 100% forfeit of the lesson fee.

  • Addison Pickleball reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, venue availability, coach availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Participation & Assumption of Risk

Pickleball is a physical activity and involves inherent risks of injury.

By participating in any Addison Pickleball activity, you:

  • Acknowledge that you are physically fit and able to participate;

  • Agree to participate at your own risk;

  • Accept responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur, except where caused by our negligence under New Zealand law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

  • Addison Pickleball is not liable for indirect or consequential loss;

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and branding) is owned by or licensed to Addison Pickleball and may not be used without written permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ).

9. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those websites.
